Mimi's Sweet Treats provides:

• Online ordering of ice cream and desserts
• Event planning and party services
• Wholesale ice cream distribution
• Customer support and information services

3. User Accounts and Registration

When creating an account or placing orders, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms

4.2 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (processed securely through Stripe)
• Cash payments for in-store purchases

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Pickup Orders

Orders for pickup must be collected within 30 minutes of the specified pickup time. Orders not collected may be disposed of without refund.

5.2 Delivery

Delivery is available within a limited radius of our location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

• Order volume
• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• Distance from our location

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

• Order cancellation within the allowed timeframe
• Product quality issues (must be reported within 24 hours)
• Service errors on our part

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Event and Party Services

7.1 Booking Requirements

Event bookings require:

• 50% deposit at time of booking
• Final payment 7 days before the event
• Minimum 48-hour notice for changes

7.2 Cancellation Policy

Event cancellations:

• 14+ days: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
• 7-13 days: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mimi's Sweet Treats and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use automated systems to place orders

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mimi's Sweet Treats, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
